Payment: 50% of the rental fee will be due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in by check. Credit card payments can be accepted. The $250 security deposit can be added to your credit card payment or a seperate check canbe mailed. Read your confirmation email for more information on this process. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.

Cancellation Policy: Should Pete's Cottage owner be unable to confirm or forced to cancel a confirmed booking, you will be refunded all monies you have paid immediately and all agreements between us for the booking in question become null and void.
Should You be forced to cancel a confirmed booking which begins more than 30 days from the current date, a cancellation fee of $250.00 is due us. If the booking begins less than 30 days from the current date, you are liable for the full amount of the rent. If we are able to find another Guest to assume all or part of the booking, monies paid by you will be refunded on a dollar for dollar recovered basis, less a cancellation fee of $250.00.

A security deposit of $250 will be required with 50% of the rental fee. Aside from reasonable wear and tear, you will be required to pay for damages incurred to the property or its contents during your stay. Please place any items, which you use back in their proper place. The Cottage is NON-SMOKING. See Rates.

Absolutely NO PETS.

Maximum Occupancy Violations will result in rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of guests. Pete's Cottage can sleep 10 occupants (maximum).

Please report inoperative equipment. We will make every effort to have repairs done in a timely manner during reasonable hours. Mechanical failures of appliances, air-conditioning or heating systems are beyond our control and no refund or rent reduction will be given.

Amenities: Pete's Cottage retains its dignity through loving restoration of the four bedrooms (3 queens, 1 twin) and three full baths. Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, blender and full set of cookware/bakeware, Bottled water, Gas fireplace, Central heat and AC, covered porches, Gas grill, Laundry room with washer/dryer, Hardwood floor, ceramic tile baths, Separate dining room with china for formal and informal dining, Kitchen bar dining, Second floor sitting room, Ceiling fans, TV/VCR/DVD, and plenty of games, books, and videos.

Pete's Cottage provides spa-quality robe and slippers for your use while a guest. A $100 charge will be assessed a guest who feels they cannot part with the robe and slippers.

A gas grill is provided for your use. Digital cable, DVD/VCR, numerous board games, telephone for local use and internet is also available.

The Cottage is equipped with many smoke detectors for your protection. Please check them upon arrival to ensure your safety (sometimes batteries die and go unnoticed). Please contact us immediately if any detectors are not working.

Cleaning: Pete's Cottage is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Please report within 4 hours anything we fail to clean. Remove all trash to the cans near the back deck of Pete's Cottage.
